The Challenge

The original polycarbonate roof made the conservatory unusable for much of the year — unbearably hot in summer, freezing in winter, and noisy in rain. The family wanted a genuine living space without demolishing and starting again.

Our Solution

We replaced the roof with a Guardian Warm Roof, a fully insulated, Building Regulations approved solid roof system. Inside, a plastered vaulted ceiling with spotlights; outside, lightweight tiles matched to the main house. Existing frames were assessed and retained.

The Outcome

Temperature swings are gone, rain noise has vanished, and the room now serves as a snug, dining room and home office in one. Building Regulations sign-off came as standard.
