The customer had suffered with a poorly designed and built conservatory for several years. The roof was low and ventilation options were poor. With a poly carbonate roof this meant in the summer the space would get too hot and, in the winter, would often be unusable. Using a Guardian Warm roof system this not only allowed us to literally raise the roof (and one which you can walk on so can take the weight of heavy snow unlike other solutions) but also make a fantastic all year-round space with spotlights for evening use. We not only put a peak on the roof for a more spacious and roomier feel inside, but we also raised the sides to allow in more light and added opener to allow for more ventilation and an easier to access door.

With the modern warm roofs being an excellent recent addition to the home improvements market, we currently complete many new sunroom and conservatory transformations across the North East, Tynedale and Newcastle.
